Every service visit begins with a professional diagnostic to determine the cause of the problem.
Fee Applied to Repair
If you choose to move forward, your $75 diagnostic fee is applied toward the total labor cost — you're not paying it in addition to labor.
Parts Quoted Separately
Parts are quoted separately after diagnosis. No repairs are performed without your approval.
Installation & Additional Services
Already purchased a new appliance? We'll handle the installation so it's done right.
Diagnostic fees are not included. Final pricing may vary based on appliance type, accessibility, or required modifications.
Installation Includes
- Proper installation and connection of the appliance
- Leveling and basic operational testing
- Verification that the appliance is functioning correctly before completion
Available Add-Ons
Installation pricing applies to standard installations only. Any required modifications to plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, flooring, ventilation, or other home systems will be quoted separately.

- We do not service LG or Samsung refrigerators or perform sealed system refrigerator repairs
